Spring has sprung

I just wish I could too.

My plate has been very full lately as most of you know. It's made doing the usual early spring things difficult, even just planning them. Current situation and money worries are causing a lot of sleepless nights at the moment.

Today I had a good look around the garden. Oh dear. Lack of motivation in anything over this god awful long winter has taken it's toll on the garden. I never like doing too much to it, as I rent and don't know how long I'm going to be here. I want to figure out a way of growing as much veg as possible in mobile/non permanent/easily moved containers etc. All of this of course with a tiny garden and no money what so ever.

Dyllan liked having a good look around though, showing his toy dinosaur everything in his own silent way. He has been such a little tinker lately. It's getting more and more difficult to occupy him. I don't drive, and buses here are silly money. Around us there's just private land and fields so no where close for us to explore and playgroup is just once a week. There is only so much crafty toddler type things he will tolerate but we get to bed time in the end. As a special treat we were able to go to our Soft Play last week which of course he loved.

What was also awesome, was that I was able to go through the soft play gym with him! Before I was too big to fit which was very embarrassing and I would have to just watch Dyllan from the other side of the nets. So in all it was a lot of fun.
